Job summary

The Hillman Group invites motivated candidates for a Store Sales Representative role in Simi Valley, CA. You will own your territory, act as the Hillman face in partner stores, and ensure displays are sharp while maintaining inventory flow and strong customer relations.

The position requires travel between multiple store locations, execution of plan-o-grams, and proactive problem solving. A driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or field service preferred.
• Ability to travel between stores and manage a territory.
• Comfortable working independently with scheduling autonomy.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to read and execute plan-o-grams.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory and be the face of Hillman in stores.
• Keep displays sharp and inventory flowing.
• Stock, order, and organize product for optimal inventory levels.
• Perform display resets and fixtures assembly/disassembly.
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly.
• Build relationships with store associates and managers.
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation.

What You’ll Do

As a Store Sales Representative, you’ll own your territory and be the face of Hillman in your stores. You’ll keep displays sharp, inventory flowing, and customer relationships strong.

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation
