Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a Store Sales Representative for Garden City, CO to own your territory, keep displays sharp, and manage inventory while building strong relationships with store staff.

You will travel between stores, execute plan-o-grams, stock products, and maintain optimal inventory levels, solving issues quickly and documenting activities daily.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience (preferred).
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to read and execute plan-o-grams.
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows.
• Willingness to travel between stores (occasional overnight stays possible).
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory.

What You'll Do

As a Store Sales Representative, you'll own your territory and be the face of Hillman in your stores. You'll keep displays sharp, inventory flowing, and customer relationships strong.

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures

This is a hands-on role where you'll stay active, solve problems, and see the results of your work every day.
