Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a Store Sales Representative for Garden City, CO. You will be the Hillman face in local stores, keeping displays sharp, managing inventory, and building strong relationships with store staff.

You will travel between stores in your territory, execute plan-o-grams, and ensure optimal stock levels. Strong communication and organizational skills help you succeed in this hands-on, active role.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As a Store Sales Representative, you'll own your territory and be the face of Hillman in your stores. You'll keep displays sharp, inventory flowing, and customer relationships strong.

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation

This is a hands-on role where you'll stay active, solve problems, and see the results of your work every day.
