Job summary

The Hillman Group is hiring a Store Sales Representative to own your territory and be the face of Hillman in partner stores. You will maintain displays, manage inventory, and collaborate with store staff to drive sales.

Travel between stores, execute plan-o-grams, and ensure optimal stock levels. This role offers strong benefits, a flexible schedule, and growth opportunities within Hillman.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising or field service experience preferred.
• Organized, dependable and self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel between stores; occasional overnight stays.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As a Store Sales Representative, you'll own your territory and be the face of Hillman in your stores. You'll keep displays sharp, inventory flowing, and customer relationships strong.

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation
