Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a hands-on field service/merchandising teammate who travels between store locations to execute plan-o-grams, maintain displays, stock and organize products, and perform display resets.

This role offers $18-20/hour, a car allowance with a corporate gas card, a flexible schedule, cell phone allowance, and full benefits. Candidates should be organized, reliable, self-motivated, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in merchandising or field service preferred.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Able to read and execute plan-o-grams.
• Proficient with Word/Excel/Windows.
• Willing to travel between stores; occasional overnight stays possible.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory.
