Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a hands-on Merchandiser to travel between store locations, set up displays, and ensure shelves are stocked to plan-o-grams. You’ll complete service reports and capture photos to document outcomes.

You’ll work independently, stay active throughout the day, and enjoy a flexible schedule as you drive between venues with a company car and benefits. A valid license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience preferred.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to read and execute plan-o-grams.
• Willingness to travel between stores (occasional overnight stays possible).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities
