Job summary

Hillman Group in Alabama is seeking a Store Sales Representative to own your territory and be the face of Hillman in your retail partners. You will keep displays sharp, ensure inventory flows smoothly, and build strong relationships with store associates and managers.

You’ll travel between multiple store locations, execute plan-o-grams, stock and organize products, and complete service reports to document your work. The role is hands-on, active, and focused on delivering results daily.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience (preferred).
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to read and execute plan-o-grams.
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows.
• Willingness to travel between stores (occasional overnight stays possible).
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities
