Job summary

The Hillman Group is hiring for a hands-on field role that visits multiple store locations to manage in-store displays and stock. You will travel within your territory, execute plan-o-grams, and maintain optimal inventory while resolving issues on the floor.

We value organized, reliable team members who can work independently, communicate effectively with store staff, and complete documentation and reports for each visit.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience preferred.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to read and execute plan-o-grams and assemble fixtures.

What You’ll Do

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory

This is a hands-on role where you’ll stay active, solve problems, and see the results of your work every day.

What Makes You a Great Fit
