Job summary

The Hillman Group is looking for a Store Sales Representative in Adel, GA to own your territory, be the face of Hillman in stores, and keep displays sharp, inventory flowing, and customer relationships strong.

This hands-on role requires independence, occasional overnight travel, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Hillman offers a competitive hourly rate, a company car, flexible schedule, and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience (preferred).
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to read and execute plan-ograms.
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows.
• Willingness to travel between stores (occasional overnight stays possible).
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation

What You’ll Do
