Job summary

Hillman Group in Fontana, CA seeks a Store Sales Representative to be the face of Hillman in local stores. You will manage displays, maintain inventory, and foster strong relationships with store staff while traveling between locations.

Responsibilities include planograms, merchandise stocking, and daily service reporting, with emphasis on keeping displays sharp and inventory flowing. A valid driver’s license is preferred; occasional overnight travel may occur.

What You’ll Do

As a Store Sales Representative, you’ll own your territory and be the face of Hillman in your stores. You’ll keep displays sharp, inventory flowing, and customer relationships strong.

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory
• Execute plan‑ograms and maintain store displays
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures
• Identify and resolve in‑store issues quickly
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll stay active, solve problems, and see the results of your work every day.

• Willingness to travel between stores (occasional overnight stays possible)
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
