Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a Store Sales Representative to own your territory, keep displays sharp, manage inventory, and build strong relationships with store staff. You will travel between locations and ensure displays are up-to-date.

Responsibilities include executing plan-o-grams, stocking and ordering product, and completing service reports. This hands-on role offers a flexible schedule, company car, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience (preferred).
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to read and execute plan-o-grams.
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows.
• Willingness to travel between stores (occasional overnight stays possible).
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

What You’ll Do

As a Store Sales Representative, you’ll own your territory and be the face of Hillman in your stores. You’ll keep displays sharp, inventory flowing, and customer relationships strong.
