LaserAway in Denver, CO is seeking a Store Sales Manager to lead clinic operations, grow revenue, and deliver an outstanding patient experience. You will blend strategic oversight with hands-on sales and staff leadership to elevate performance and care.

This role requires a proven track record in high-end retail or service, excellence in team development, and the ability to coach patients and coordinators while maintaining LaserAway’s brand standards and patient-first approach.

Qualificações

• Leadership experience in high-end B2C retail or high-touch service.
• Proven consultative sales and team management.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, CRM systems, and data analysis.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales by leading and coaching PCCs to maximize clinic revenue.
• Oversee scheduling and daily operations to ensure a busy, smooth clinic.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and deliver premium care from consult to treatment.
• Track CRM initiatives and implement cross-sell, upsell, and win-back strategies.
• Recruit, train, and mentor PCCs and clinicians.
• Manage inventory and maintenance of aesthetic equipment.
• Build relationships with local businesses to boost community presence.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors and Operations on staffing and budgeting.
• Lead with compassion and professionalism to foster a unified team.
