LaserAway is seeking a Store Sales Manager (Location Director) to lead a Williamsburg clinic with strategic oversight and hands-on sales contributions. You will drive revenue, ensure smooth operations, and foster a high-performing team focused on superior patient care.

The role offers a base salary with revenue-sharing potential; compensation reflects leadership impact and clinic performance. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability are expected to meet clinic needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• 3+ years of leadership in high-end B2C retail or high-touch service with proven consultative sales and team management.
• Proficient in Google Suite, CRM systems, and data analysis to drive decision-making.

Responsabilités

• Drive Sales Success: lead by example and coach PCCs to boost clinic revenue.
• Manage Clinic Operations: supervise daily scheduling and ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Deliver Exceptional Patient Care: monitor patient satisfaction and ensure premium care from consult to treatment.
• Optimize Revenue Growth: track CRM initiatives with cross-sell, upsell, and win-back strategies.
• Uphold Brand Standards: maintain a clean, welcoming clinic environment and dress code adherence.
• Oversee Staff Management: recruit, train, and mentor PCCs and clinicians.
• Inventory and Equipment Oversight: manage medical inventory and maintenance of aesthetic equipment.
• Foster Community Engagement: build relationships with local businesses to position LaserAway as a community member.
• Collaborate Across Teams: align staffing, budgeting, and performance goals with Regional Sales Directors.
• Promote Team Culture: lead with compassion and professionalism and motivate the team.
