The ideal candidate has 3+ years of leadership in premium retail or service industries, strong consultative sales skills, and proficiency with Google Suite and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership in high-end B2C retail or high-touch service with success in consultative sales and team management.
• Proficient in Google Suite, CRM systems, and data analysis to drive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales success by leading clinical revenue growth and coaching PCCs.
• Manage clinic operations, scheduling, and patient flow to ensure a premium experience.
• Deliver exceptional patient care and monitor satisfaction metrics.
• Optimize revenue growth via CRM initiatives and cross-sell/upsell strategies.
• Uphold LaserAway brand standards and maintain a professional environment.
• Oversee staff management, recruitment, and performance coaching.
• Manage inventory and equipment to support seamless clinic operations.
• Foster community engagement and build local partnerships.
• Collaborate with regional teams on staffing, budgeting, and goals.
• Promote a collaborative culture with a motivated, high-performing team.
