LaserAway in Menifee is seeking a Store Sales Manager who will lead clinic operations and drive revenue growth. You will coach Patient Care Coordinators, oversee scheduling, and ensure a premium patient experience from consultation through treatment.

The role requires a hands-on leader with a proven track record in high-end retail or service industries, and a commitment to LaserAway’s standards and patient care excellence.

Competenze

• 3+ years of leadership in high-end B2C retail or high-touch service industries with proven success in consultative sales and team management.
• Experience in coaching and developing teams to meet revenue goals.
• Proficient in Google Suite, CRM systems, and data analysis to drive decision-making.
