Job summary

LaserAway in Boulder is seeking a Store Sales Manager to lead clinic operations, drive performance, and deliver an outstanding patient experience. Lead by example, coach PCCs, and ensure smooth daily scheduling while upholding brand standards.

The role requires 3+ years in high-end retail or high-touch service with a track record in consultative sales and team management. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; competitive compensation with revenue shares available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in high-end B2C retail or high-touch service industries.
• Proven success in consultative sales and team management.
• Proficient in Google Suite, CRM systems, and data analysis to drive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Drive clinic revenue by coaching PCCs to achieve goals and maximize clinic revenue.
• Oversee daily scheduling and ensure busy clinics with proper staff breaks and seamless patient experience.
• Deliver exceptional patient care by monitoring and improving satisfaction metrics from consultation to treatment.
• Optimize revenue growth through CRM initiatives, cross-sell, upsell, and win-back strategies.
• Uphold LaserAway brand standards by maintaining a welcoming environment and dress code adherence.
• Recruit, train, and mentor PCCs and clinicians, fostering a positive work environment.
• Manage medical inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Foster community engagement by building relationships with local businesses and organizations.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors and Operations on staffing, budgeting, and performance goals.
• Lead with compassion and professionalism to keep a motivated, unified team.
