Fleet Farm is seeking a Sales Manager to lead 1-3 store zones, ensuring a consistent customer experience and strong visual merchandising.

You will coach and mentor teammates, develop individual development plans, and staff according to budget while maximizing customer readiness and in-stock levels. You will promote loyalty programs and company initiatives, working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3 years of management experience within a Big Box retailer preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build relationships in a fast paced environment.
• Direct and motivate a diverse population including full- and part-time team members.
• Decisive at implementing solutions, planning and delegating tasks, monitoring goals and adapting to change.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead 1-3 sales zones/departments within the store.
• Create consistent customer experience, trip readiness and visual merchandising.
• Teach, train, coach and mentor the team for Best in Class execution and service.
• Develop and execute individual development plans for direct and indirect reports.
• Staff areas according to budget and maximize staffing for customer needs.
• Ensure end caps are set, merchandised correctly and displays have signage.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty program and other initiatives.
