Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking a Senior Team Lead to deliver an exceptional customer experience through trip assurance, merchandising, and strong product knowledge. You will support multiple areas, participate in opening and closing, and help develop leadership as you train toward a management role.

Responsibilities include supervising store operations, acting as Manager On Duty in the absence of other managers, guiding the Fleet Farm Rewards program, coaching teammates, ensuring readiness and zone

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and build teammate relationships in an environment of fast change.
• Strong organizational skills for planning work and continuously monitoring progress toward goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience through trip assurance, merchandising and product knowledge.
• Act as Manager On Duty and oversee all areas of the store in the absence of other Managers.
• Review Key Areas of Store Operations: Team Members, Customer Experience, Sales Growth, Customer Readiness, Store POG execution and integrity.
• Train, develop, and supervise Team Members throughout the store.
• Ensure safe work standards are followed and support shrink reduction with Loss Prevention.
