Qualifications

• Direct and motivate a diverse population including full- and part-time team members.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1-3 sales zones with focus on customer experience and visual merchandising.
• Teach, train, coach, and mentor team for best-in-class execution and customer service.
• Develop and execute individual development plans for direct and indirect reports.
• Staff areas according to budget; hire, train and manage performance.
• Ensure end caps are merchandised and displays have signage; promote loyalty programs.
