As a Store Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the store in the following key areas:
Communication
- Build strong partnerships with the District Manager, Visual Merchandising, and other store managers to achieve store initiatives and goals.
- Effectively communicate store business and financial objectives to the District Manager. Provide feedback on store results, customer demands, trends, and needs.
- Instill a 'Customer is King' mentality in every employee.
- Maintain positive communication with the store team.
Business Management
- Analyze business trends and develop plans to increase sales and control expenses, partnering with the District Manager.
- Monitor and measure financial, operational, and service results; hold the team accountable for achieving goals.
- Monitor labor and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure store standards are maintained, including visuals, cleanliness, inventory levels, and safety, in accordance with company policies.
- Adapt to changing environments and manage change effectively.
- Focus daily on providing the best customer experience.
Team Development
- Coach, mentor, motivate, and train the team to meet financial goals and enhance performance and customer service.
- Identify high-potential team members and work with the District Manager to develop a leadership pipeline.
- Recruit talented individuals and collaborate with HR for support.
- Create a positive team atmosphere by recognizing superior performance.
