Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead for our store in Columbiana Centre, Columbia, SC. You will play a key role in delivering personalized customer experiences and supporting a high-performing team alongside the Store Manager.

Responsibilities include onboarding and developing associates, upholding brand standards, and using technology to enable a seamless omnichannel experience. Evening/weekend availability and proactive coaching are valued as you step in as acting manager when needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervising duties a plus.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Model personalized customer experience and guide associates.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and development.
• Uphold brand visuals and store standards.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback.
• Lead data-driven and team-focused store operations.
• Step in as acting manager when needed.
