• Assess performance and provide feedback within the performance management cycle.
• Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service on the sales floor.

• Represent the company professionally and positively at all times.
• Plan and manage scheduling to maximize staffing and drive profitability while controlling payroll.
• Train associates and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Lead floor set planning and execution following brand guidelines and team collaboration.
• Drive shopping experience and store sales by guiding behavior through the Leader on Duty program.
• Manage merchandise presentation, signage and display to standard.
• Protect assets by adhering to Loss Prevention procedures.
