Qualifications

• Previous retail or commissioned sales experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or other languages a plus.

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and maintain a neat showroom.
• Motivated, goal-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on financing, warranties, and delivery options.
• Train, mentor, and develop associates to achieve sales goals.

• Ensure showroom is well-maintained and displays meet company standards.
