American Eagle Outfitters in Friendswood, TX, is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team. You will lead Leader on Duty shifts, drive a stellar guest experience, and oversee daily operations to maximize sales and KPIs, including fitting room and salesfloor productivity.

You will recruit, train, and mentor associates, model AE’s Guest First standards, and coach the team to achieve store goals while upholding brand visuals and store safety.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store guest experience.
• Support Store Leadership in maximizing business opportunities to drive KPI results.
• Recruit and hire strong talent; train and develop associates to provide outstanding service and represent a Guest First culture.
• Set clear goals and provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching; motivate and drive engagement.
• Execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards; ensure fitting rooms are guest-ready.
• Maintain store safety standards and adherence to Asset Protection policies; follow AE policies and do the right thing.
