Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team, lead Leader on Duty shifts, and ensure outstanding guest experiences. You will train, motivate and celebrate associates while driving strong sales and upholding AEO values on the sales floor and fitting room.

You’ll lead with integrity and innovate daily procedures. You will recruit and develop staff, set clear goals, provide real-time coaching, and ensure visual standards across the store.
