Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader in Newport Beach to support the Store Leadership Team. You will lead Leader on Duty shifts, drive strong guest experiences, and run daily store operations as needed.

You will train, motivate and celebrate associates while driving sales results and upholding AEO values. You will recruit and develop talent, provide real-time coaching, and ensure the fitting rooms and sales floor meet brand standards.

Qualifications

• Leads and motivates teams to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Manages daily store operations and KPIs through coaching.
• Recruits and develops sales associates to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Rock LOD shifts and support Store Leadership to maximize sales.
• Motivate associates and uphold AEO service standards on the sales floor and in the fitting room.
• Recruit, hire and train strong talent for staffing needs.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and real-time coaching to drive engagement.
• Ensure fitting rooms and sales floor are guest-ready and aligned with brand standards.
• Adhere to store safety, policy compliance, and asset protection standards.
