Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Sales Manager for the Traverse City, MI store to lead a high-performing selling culture and deliver excellent customer experiences. You will oversee front-end and service operations, coach staff in selling behaviors, and ensure brand standards and SOP compliance are consistently executed.

You will coach and develop teams, manage POS systems, and drive loyalty programs, while delivering strong sales results and efficient day-to-day operations in a multi-channel environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems.
• Oversee events and programs such as Balloons, birthday parties, and in-store events.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program to drive retention.
• Drive sales and omni-channel service, including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Support Custom Framing operations where applicable.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Maintain Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
