Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team in Round Rock, TX. You will lead LOD shifts, drive killer sales results, train associates, and celebrate wins while upholding the AEO service standards and Guest First culture.

You’ll manage daily operations, execute visual standards, and maintain store safety and asset protection. The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork and passion for AE/Aerie products.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to recruit, train and develop associates for strong guest service.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing store productivity and guest loyalty.
