Job summary

You will lead LOD shifts, drive guest experience, and manage daily store operations while training and motivating associates to achieve killer sales results. You will model AEO values, recruit and develop talent, and ensure the store runs smoothly with a focus on KPI performance, safety, and brand standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• You have a passion for driving sales: as a key LOD (Leader on Duty), you're an expert at driving sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class, in-store guest experience.
• You're a people leader: motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values and uphold service standards on the Salesfloor and in the fitting room.
• You've got an eye for talent and a love of training: recruit and hire strong talent and develop associates to provide outstanding service and represent a Guest First culture.
• Teamwork: set attainable goals and provide real-time coaching, celebrate outstanding performance.
• You're a visual & operational innovator: execute daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards.
• Integrity: maintain store safety standards and asset protection in line with AEO policies.
