Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty.
• Lead and motivate the team through AE values and service standards.
• Recruit, hire and train strong talent to maintain adequate staffing.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and real-time coaching to team members.
• Execute daily visual and operational procedures, including shipments and merchandising.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection standards in line with policies.
