• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide MOD coverage, sustain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS/Self-Checkout operations and in-store programs/events.
• Drive loyalty program enrollment and omni-channel order fulfillment.
• Train, coach, and develop team members across departments.
• Support asset protection to reduce shrink.
