You will drive sales results and deliver an engaging customer experience by directing front-end and service operations, coaching teams, and ensuring adherence to brand standards and SOPs.

Responsibilities include managing POS and Self-Checkout, coordinating store programs, and promoting loyalty and protection plans to boost retention and omni-channel service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience leading front-end and service operations.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Strong customer-focused coaching and store performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure adherence to policies and store standards.
• Model customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations for smooth transactions.
• Lead store programs such as Balloons, birthdays, and in-store events.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and protection plans to drive retention.
• Drive omni-channel order fulfillment including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
