Job summary

LaserAway in Clovis, CA seeks a Store Sales Manager who combines strategic oversight with hands-on selling to drive clinic success. You will lead a busy aesthetic dermatology clinic, coach Patient Care Coordinators, and ensure outstanding patient experiences from consultation through treatment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in high-end B2C retail or high-touch service industries.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
• Proficient in Google Suite, CRM systems, and data analysis to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by leading by example and coaching PCCs to meet revenue targets.
• Oversee daily clinic operations and scheduling for a productive, patient-centric environment.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and ensure a premium experience from consultation to treatment.
• Track CRM initiatives, implement cross-sell and upsell strategies, and optimize performance.
• Maintain LaserAway brand standards, ensure cleanliness, and enforce dress codes.
• Recruit, train, and mentor PCCs and clinicians to build a high-performing team.
• Manage medical inventory and equipment maintenance to support clinic operations.
• Collaborate with Regional Directors and Operations to align staffing and budgeting.
• Foster a collaborative culture and motivate staff toward shared goals.
