Job summary

LaserAway is seeking a Store Sales Manager in Queen Creek to lead the clinic, drive sales, and deliver an outstanding patient experience. You’ll oversee daily operations, coach the team, and ensure a premium standard of care across all touchpoints.

With a base salary plus revenue-sharing potential, you’ll influence clinic performance while fostering a collaborative culture. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is expected to meet clinic needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership in high-end B2C retail or high-touch service industries.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by leading by example and coaching PCCs to meet goals.
• Manage clinic operations including scheduling and staffing for smooth patient flow.
• Deliver exceptional patient care ensuring a premium experience from consult to treatment.
• Optimize revenue growth through CRM initiatives and cross-sell strategies.
• Uphold LaserAway brand standards and maintain a clean, welcoming clinic environment.
• Recruit, train, and mentor PCCs and clinicians, with a focus on performance feedback.
• Oversee medical inventory and equipment maintenance for seamless operations.
• Foster community engagement with local businesses and organizations.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to align staffing and budgeting with performance targets.
• Lead with compassion to build a motivated, high-performing team.
