LaserAway is seeking a Store Sales Manager in Phoenix (Arcadia) to lead a busy aesthetic dermatology clinic. You will blend strategic oversight with hands-on sales contributions, ensure smooth operations, and foster a collaborative team focused on patient care.

You will coach staff, manage revenue growth, and uphold brand standards while delivering an exceptional patient experience and driving clinic performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in high-end B2C retail or high-touch service industries with proven success in consultative sales and team management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Proficient in Google Suite, CRM systems, and data analysis to drive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Success: Lead by example, coaching PCCs to achieve goals and maximize clinic revenue.
• Manage Clinic Operations: Oversee daily scheduling and ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Deliver Exceptional Patient Care: Monitor patient satisfaction and ensure premium care from consult to treatment.
• Optimize Revenue Growth: Track CRM initiatives, focusing on cross-sell, upsell, and win-back strategies.
• Uphold Brand Standards: Maintain a clean, welcoming environment and dress code adherence.
• Oversee Staff Management: Recruit, train, and mentor PCCs and clinicians.
• Inventory and Equipment Oversight: Manage medical inventory and equipment maintenance.
• Foster Community Engagement: Build relationships with local businesses and organizations.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Align staffing, budgeting, and performance goals with Regional Directors.
• Promote Team Culture: Lead with compassion and professionalism.
