Job summary

LaserAway in Fremont, CA is seeking a Store Sales Manager who will lead a clinic to sales success and deliver outstanding patient care. You will coach PCCs, manage daily operations, and drive revenue through strategic CRM initiatives.

The role requires 3+ years in high-end retail or high-touch service, a HS diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and fluency with Google Suite and CRM data analysis. Evening/weekend work is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in high-end B2C retail or high-touch service industries with proven success in consultative sales and team management.
• Education: HS diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficient in Google Suite, CRM systems, and data analysis to drive decision-making.
• Leadership: dynamic leader who thrives on talent acquisition, team development, and cross-team collaboration.
• Availability: flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet clinic needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Success: Lead by example, coaching PCCs to achieve goals and maximize revenue.
• Manage Clinic Operations: Oversee scheduling and ensure busy, compliant clinic operations.
• Deliver Exceptional Patient Care: Monitor patient satisfaction and ensure premium experiences.
• Optimize Revenue Growth: Track CRM initiatives, focus on cross-sell, upsell, and win-back strategies.
• Uphold Brand Standards: Maintain a clean, welcoming environment and staff dress code compliance.
• Oversee Staff Management: Recruit, train, and mentor PCCs and clinicians.
• Inventory and Equipment Oversight: Manage medical inventory and equipment maintenance.
• Foster Community Engagement: Build relationships with local businesses to position LaserAway in the community.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Align staffing, budgeting, and performance goals with regional sales and operations teams.
• Promote Team Culture: Lead with compassion and professionalism to motivate a unified team.
