Job summary

Chico’s in Spokane, WA is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards while delivering hospitality-driven, personalized experiences. You will set the tone for achieving team goals by providing direction and support on the floor and in backroom operations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail leadership, are 18+, and can coach others while managing busy workflows, schedules, and merchandise flow.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling.
