Job summary

Chico's in Tigard, OR is seeking a Sales Lead to support store leadership, model brand standards, and create a welcoming, customer-focused shopping experience. You’ll coach the team, share product knowledge, manage cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment, and drive omni-channel sales initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of retail management experience, strong communication, and a proactive, ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and omni-channel initiatives.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Share ideas with the store leadership team to drive brand priorities and store success.
