Chico's in Granger, IN is seeking a Sales Lead to support store leadership, lead by example, and deliver hospitality-driven customer experiences that reflect our brand. You will help supervise the team, ensure operations run smoothly, and coach staff to achieve store goals.

This role requires strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. A minimum of 2 years in retail management is preferred, with a willingness to learn and grow within

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Actively share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling, when needed.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork with peers and leaders.
