Job summary

Chico’s FAS, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to support management in creating a customer and product-focused sales culture. You will help drive store profitability by coaching staff, ensuring great customer experience, and executing merchandising standards.

You will supervise associates, manage schedules, and assist with clienteling to build a loyal customer base while maintaining MAPS service guidelines and POS procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a customer and product-focused sales culture in store.
• Oversee opening/closing tasks and merchandise flow.
• Supervise sales associates and manage floor coverage within budgets.
• Maintain standards in merchandise presentation and loss prevention.
• Train and coach team on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Support clienteling and omni-channel customer experience.
