Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written skills.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to communicate with customers.
• Regular attendance is essential; flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive for results: establish expectations and lead sales, promotions and behavior standards.
• Open/close duties and merchandise flow processes; supervise cash handling and customer service.
• Ensure proper floor coverage within fiscal guidelines and train selling team in product knowledge.
• Maintain promotions and merchandise presentation; uphold loss prevention standards.
• Develop a high-performance culture; train, coach and motivate associates to meet goals.
• Promote inclusive problem solving and effective communication with management.
• Support locate fulfillment and selling; assist with omnichannel service.
• Lead customer experience using MAPS principles and strong service standards.
• Contribute to associate development and performance appraisals.
