Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment; prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities and products is beneficial.
• Ability to interact with customers, employees and business partners in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage customers by sharing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events and promotions.
• Provide training and feedback around the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.

• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to improve customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines and support safe operations.
