LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead in Springfield, VA to deliver personalized customer experiences and support the store team. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to run store operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

We value at least 6 months of retail sales experience (management preferred), POS proficiency, and strong communication. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required for this Regular/Part time role.

Formación

• 6 months retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Tech proficient with POS system.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to organize, delegate, and prioritize tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Model personalized customer experiences and role‑model service excellence.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and engaged.
• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to help associates improve client interactions.
• Step into the manager role when needed to maintain smooth store operations.
