Job summary

LOFT Outlet in Woodbridge, NJ is seeking a Sales Lead to support and role model exceptional customer experiences. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to become an expert on store operations and step in as manager when needed, while driving a customer-focused team.

Responsibilities include onboarding and developing an engaged team, maintaining brand standards, coaching associates, and using technology to ensure a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective team.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to associates.
