Job summary

Cole Haan is seeking a part-time Sales Lead in Estero, FL to guide in-store activities and help achieve sales and profitability targets. You will implement the store's strategic direction, nurture a healthy team culture, and drive key projects with the team.

You will lead a dedicated store team, ensure excellent customer service, maintain visual merchandising standards, and support loss prevention and safety programs in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years retail experience, footwear retail preferred.
• Must work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Retail operations knowledge: sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, store budget preparation and loss prevention.
• Proficient with POS systems, handheld devices and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, delegation, follow-up and time management.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and KPI goals while managing expenses.
• Coach staff to exceed store goals and maintain a positive team culture.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold visual merchandising standards.
