Job summary

Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, promoting the In-home design program, modeling the selling process, recruiting and mentoring staff, and coordinating with marketing to execute promotions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales role or equivalent.
• Strong communication, coaching, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or surpass store and individual sales goals and annual operating benchmarks.
• Promote In-home design program.
• Champion and role model the selling process by overseeing sales floor interactions and evaluating team performance.
• Provide coaching, training, and support to sales teams to improve sales techniques and performance.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to meet sales targets while fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure the store reflects the brand image and customer experience standards.
• Support planning of promotions and events and coordinate with marketing for executions.
