The Sales Associate will help build a positive work culture, support change management, and contribute to store operations and loss prevention efforts, reporting to Store Management.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Processes freight.
• Assists with price changes/markdowns.
• Balances register according to company policy.
• Bags merchandise efficiently during checkout.
• Handles cash, checks and credit cards per policy.
• Obtains management approval for returns, voids and checks.
• Performs maintenance and housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Provides proper customer service including greeting customers and adhering to fitting room policies.
• Follows all safety procedures.
• Maintains professional appearance with name tag.
• Assists management in merchandising on the sales floor.
• Explains exchange/refund policies to customers.
• Supports Loss Prevention efforts and reports incidents of theft or dishonesty.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
