Job Title: Store Sales Associate at Citi Trends

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Processing freight and assisting with price changes/markdowns
• Balancing register according to company policy
• Calling out prices for customers during transactions
• Efficiently bagging merchandise after transactions
• Handling cash, checks, and credit cards correctly and per company policy
• Obtaining management approval for returns, voids, and checks when needed
• Performing maintenance and housekeeping duties
• Providing excellent customer service, including greeting customers, managing fitting room policies, ringing transactions promptly, thanking customers, and inviting them to return
• Following all safety procedures
• Maintaining a professional appearance, including wearing a name tag
• Assisting management with merchandising and stock level management
• Explaining exchange and refund policies to customers
• Supporting Store Manager with Loss Prevention efforts, including preventing shoplifting and cash losses, reporting theft or dishonesty incidents, and following operational policies

Job Requirements
