Breitling Boutique by Ben Bridge in Houston Galleria Mall is seeking a Full-time Sales Associate. The ideal candidate will have experience in fine jewelry, watches, or other luxury sales.

Breitling Sales Associates are energetic, committed to creating memorable moments, self-starters, and passionate about watches and building lasting relationships. They work well independently and in small teams, showcasing merchandise with enthusiasm and creativity.

Primary Duties
  • Develop authentic relationships with customers through needs assessment, personalized recommendations, and memorable experiences.
  • Gain in-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
  • Provide personalized service to clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales of watches and related services.
  • Create sales opportunities within and outside the boutique, leveraging personal networks.
  • Innovate to exceed client expectations and enhance their experience.
  • Maintain strong relationships with diverse clients through CRM activities.
  • Handle customer service requests professionally.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Breitling's history, products, and the luxury industry.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Breitling.
  • Perform operational tasks with attention to detail.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to support boutique organization and teamwork.
Required Minimum Qualifications
  • Goal-oriented, sales-driven, with a passion to exceed targets.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, team-spirited, and committed to outstanding customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail and high integrity.
  • Flexible schedule, including holidays.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
  • At least 2 years of retail sales experience or 3+ years of customer service and education combined.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
