Position Overview:

Citi Trends is seeking a dedicated Store Sales Associate to join our team at one of the largest chains in the value-priced urban apparel industry. We are growing, offering opportunities for leadership and career advancement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Processing freight and assisting with price changes/markdowns.
2. Balancing registers according to company policy and handling transactions accurately.
3. Providing excellent customer service, including greeting, assisting, and thanking customers.
4. Handling cash, checks, and credit cards in accordance with company policies.
5. Obtaining management approval for returns, voids, and checks when necessary.
6. Maintaining store cleanliness and safety procedures.
7. Assisting with merchandising and stock management.
8. Explaining exchange and refund policies to customers.
9. Supporting loss prevention efforts by reporting theft or dishonesty incidents.
10. Maintaining a professional appearance, including wearing a name tag.

Job Requirements:
